It was a shitty release. Moving vehicles killed you if you touched them (even the landing boats did this sometimes). You TKed anyone in your vehicle who died from collisions. The helicopter with an engy was unbalanced. having |C (i.e. in -=|CT|=-) in your name fucked up the color and made parts of it disappear. The whole commander and squads thingy was a joke, because playing as a lone wolf still had better results (and was more fun). No ships. No changing username. Fucked up scoreboards. Shitty control scheme (there was some issue with tanks and ducking your head, and also some keys could not be assigned except through the CFG, despite there being no preset use).

so many DELETED spam posts now tho that I think I'll need to automate cleaning those moreso than i already have

Stealth: I saw a BF1942 fraps video of a guy jumping out of a plane and RPG'd another plane. I immediately came here for nostalgia. Miss you all.
Messy Recipe: I've not tried Sea of Thieves... kinda was bummed to learn its servers don't allow many simultaneous players. gimme 32v32 galleon fights
