So I never posted my Wolverine animation from last semester on Youtube. But I've uploaded it today if you want to watch it. I had to make him lift a heavy box and show him using his weight distribution.

a few notes to get more out of it

take a look at your acceleration curves, once you get a feel for how they work, you can make moves look a lot more natural by slightly slowing/speeding them in certain areas... this would be especially useful on the claw retract for that old school snikety snick wolvie feeling. also the run to the box could get a bit faster at the end, making the hit a bit more explosive

also, the box seems impossibly heavy at first, and then he lifts it relatively easily. maybe have the box move & tip back a tiny bit when he hits it... this would also give you a chance to demonstrate illustrating a consistent weight for an object by having it react like a real object would

dont get me wrong though, overall you did really well & avoided a lot of mistakes that people can make doing something like that. continue to mess with it though, even if its already graded... the setup you have there has potential for all kinds of animation exercises. a simple scene like that has everything you need to make yourself a better animator simply by playing with it... its odd how something so simple can be such a powerful tool, but believe me, its true

Yea, I'm currently working with the graph editor for major tweaking. Speed consistency is what I'm trying to grasp. But this is definite a piece I will put a lot more time into to make it perfect for a portfolio piece for whatever job I may get.

It was however, my first time using constraints since I've only been in one animation class. I found out yesterday that there's a better way to group that so that it would be easier to edit. Laughing

[BB]Piccolo:  I'm amazed I actually still knew my login. We Black Buccaneers certainly had a special relationship with you Cut Throats. Nothing like a fierce rivalry to make the battlefield exciting, eh? :)
