Sometime in the future:

"Half-Life 2 receives 3 mb update"

Response: OMG HL3!

Cynicism time!

People actually want Half-Life 3 that badly? If you objectively analyze its content, Half-Life 2 was a technically astonishing turd. In the same way that everyone knew that Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End would be trash after seeing Dead Man's Chest, I know HL3 is not worth waiting for. I know this because I was one of the countless consumers donkey punched by HL2 after waiting over five years for it. Was the game delayed constantly to fine-tune the bizarre and nonsensical story? Let's face it, it was the Mass Effect 3 of 2004. Even after everything, I still have a more positive outlook of the Mass Effect story series Half-Life. Take that, Gordon!

Just something I've noticed with the numbers on the claim check. If you interpret the numbers as hex colors, then both represent a blue color with the top being a lighter shade then the bottom.

BLUE SHIFT CONFIRMED!

Because of the recent hype, I played the first part HL2 again (no Korean for me, though Sad ). The game has held up pretty well against the test of time. The gameplay is very smooth and well-crafted, and the graphics still look very acceptable to my eyes.

Ditto on the storyline, though. I think most people just want some sort of closure regarding HL series, since it was a major part of video games when we were younger.

It's going to be Revenge of the Sith all over again for many of us, there's no doubt about that.
