We're all a bunch of gaming nerds and geeks. But do you exercise?

I like to rollerblade mostly. Occasionally I'll bike ride.

Swim 5-6 days a week for 15-30 mins a day. Actually swim not just be in the water.
Push up and crunches every hour

My job has me carrying and moving things far too heavy for someone my size.. so that usually covers it, lol. Otherwise I'll go run around the lake near my apartment.

I managed a mile in 5:44 today. I worked all summer at the coveted six minute mile and wanted to break that barrier before winter set in. I'm pretty pleased.

I walk everywhere, mostly out of necessity.

P90x is fun, we did that almost everyday in my Aerobics class.
Mainly I enjoy running and track. I used to do high and long jump in middle school track, then had to switch to the 800m after my ankle got hurt. After my Freshman year of track, I took a break due to my ankle, but I am planning on doing it again for my Senior year.

Skinny people being sensitive about their weight wat? If you can run a mile in under 6 minutes and if you only weigh 124 lbs you don't have to be sensitive 'bout shit...

I am a fat fuck and I like it that way!

Being underweight is just as bad as being overweight. Who want's to fuck a skeleton?

Tis why, I wish I was meatier.

From a health standpoint, being (slightly) overweight is a little better actually. That way you have more body fat in case you get sick or something.

Doesn't it go that gaining is easier than losing? Either way, I'm really apathetic about appearances. If I've got pants and a shirt I'm good.

Shoes are optional.

Good luck to all on reaching their wanted weights though, no one deserves to be put down about being to skinny or fat.

Not if your metabolism eats and converts everything faster than your body can extract the minerals.

I've tried many reverse "diets" that were supposed to pack on pounds. Yeahh... didn't work. Laughing
