Hello there, I figured I needed to reconnect with everyone here because I missed the abuse. I see lots of old friends and many new members so let me introduce myself.

I am AxeBlind, formally cabin boy deluxe and falconet whore extreme. I joined up back in 04 or early 05, I can no longer quite recall, but it was in the prime of BFP, a few years before 1.0.

Now I have graduated from college with a degree in Anthropology, still don't have a real job Very Happy

, and sing in a metal band. I think that is about it actually.

So how is everyone?

Allow me to introduce myself: most here call me docs, others tru, but feel free to call me whatever you feel like. I unfortunately missed the great BFP era, and have only joined the clan some months ago through people on TF2. I'm most recognized for my bullshit stabs and apparent hacks, which just makes me smile all the more.

Not to sound too creepy but I have heard of you before. I look forward to getting to know you. Smile

I'm about the same - I've been going to grad school for the last three years.

BTW - they found a new cabin boy in your absence, and then promptly expelled him. I'm not sure if you heard about it.

Nice to meet you docs, and creepy is alright, otherwise half of CT would have to disband.

I heard about a new cabin boy from shoes but I didn't know he was expelled. I am 26 now so I am a bit removed from being the cabin boy, but I see they have relabled me as a cabin man so there is that.

No cannons makes me somewhat sad.

Ahoy everyone old and new, yes the pink brought me out, such a lovely color.

I am a huge fan of Maiden, along with Judas Priest and Dio (I include his Rainbow and Sabbath stuff as well). They are the Holy Trinity of metal in my opinion, mainly because of the vocals talents involved and their legendary status. I also enjoy thrash such as Overkill, Flotsam and Jetsam, Kreator, and Coroner, and other bands like Iced Earth and Nevermore. As you can tell, I really like to talk about music and type on forums apparently.

My band is Knael, our myspace is shot to hell and technically dead but we have a FB and youtube channel. We sort of made up a genre for ourselves, Texas Psychedelic Power Thrash, but we do a mix of stuff from a few stoner/classic rock type songs, some NWOBHM style and up through thrash and a bit of death metal. Our main genre would be thrash though.

We lost our bass player not too long ago and haven't got much recorded without him in it (the split wasn't friendly so we removed everything he plays in). Currently we have a cover song on youtube "Cereal Killer" by Green Jello. It is a bit of a rush job but it turned out pretty good.
