If you guys remember, I've wanted for quite a while to create a website full of tutorials for every aspect of 3D modeling, Photoshop work and game design that I know. I've got the software to get this thing going pronto, but I just need a plan of attack as to how I'd pay for hosting, especially since the videos would require a great deal of bandwith to stream or storage space to download (my preferred method, hi-def helps alot with following Max's interface). Suggestions? Comments?

Free site or pay site? If its free you can probably host the files on youtube.

It's hard to make out important details in the interface unless the video is in higher definition. I could try to up it for streaming, but with downloads, I don't have to worry at all. Plus, it allows users to archive them away for when they need them. Louis Marcoux has a nice website for more advanced techniques or just items that are more interesting. I plan to cover everything I can from beginner to advanced.

Here's his site.

Depends on the video.

If you're just recording your desktop, then go to:

http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/

You can record your desktop, record voice, it's really nice quality and when you save it to where ever, it won't be that big at all. It's crazy small for the 5 minute video I made.

Don't need to sign up either. It's pro.

But anyways, I've been doing this for a long time. I haven't made a site or anything to host tutorials, but I have a lot of videos posted in my youtube account. It contains a lot of things I've learned from many professionals out in the field as well as things I've learned on my own.

Youtube - use their servers and bandwidth for free - just use high res. Many corporations using video use youtube to host it.
